1. Your Right to Cancel

• The cancellation right begins on the Start Date, which is the date the contract is formed between you and us.

• You have up to 14 days from the Start Date to cancel your subscription in accordance with your rights.

To cancel, you must inform us clearly (e.g., by letter, email, or phone). You can also use the cancellation form available on our website, though this is not mandatory. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will promptly acknowledge it by email or letter.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you only need to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

If you cancel within the Cancellation Period, we will process your refund:

• Without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation request.

• Using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

2. Cancelling After the Cancellation Period

• You will still be charged for the current month and will not be entitled to a refund for any payments already made.

• Depending on the timing of your cancellation, we may still take a payment for the following month. If this occurs, we will refund that payment within 14 days.

3. How We May Cancel Your Subscription

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time by providing you with written notice if:

• You fail to pay the monthly fee when it is due.

• You provide false information related to your subscription purchase.

If your subscription is cancelled for these reasons, it will end on the date specified in the notice, and no refund will be provided for any monthly fees already paid.
