Cancellation Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel
You have the legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the Start Date (“Cooling-Off Period”) without giving a reason. This means that if you change your mind or decide you no longer wish to continue your subscription during this period, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

The Start Date is the date your subscription contract begins with us, as confirmed in your Welcome Email.
To cancel, you must notify us clearly (for example, by email, letter, or through our online cancellation form). Use of the online form is optional — any clear request will suffice. Once your cancellation request is received, we will acknowledge it promptly by email or letter.
To meet the cancellation deadline, your notice must be sent before the 14-day period expires.
If you cancel within the Cooling-Off Period, we will issue your refund:

Without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation request.

Using the same payment method used for your original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

2. Cancelling After the Cooling-Off Period
If you decide to cancel your subscription after the 14-day Cooling-Off Period, you may do so at any time by contacting us using the methods listed in Section 4 (Contact Us).

Your subscription will end at the end of the current billing cycle (month) in which we receive your request.

You will continue to have access to Web Safe services for the remainder of the month but will not receive a refund for that period.

If a payment is taken after your cancellation (for example, due to processing timing), we will refund that payment within 14 days.
3. How We May Cancel Your Subscription
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice if:

You fail to pay your monthly fee when due.

You provide false or misleading information when subscribing.
If your subscription is cancelled for these reasons, it will terminate on the date stated in our notice, and no refund will be issued for any monthly fees already paid.
We may also cancel your subscription under the following circumstances:

If it becomes impossible to continue offering the service due to changes in laws, regulations, or operational requirements, or

By giving you 30 days’ written notice for any other reason.
If we cancel your subscription for these reasons, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your current month’s subscription.
